- 1973
- Established Sou Li Enterprise Development Inc at Fengyuan City of Taichung County, Taiwan (R.O.C.). Managed and operated the transaction of rubber/plastics chemical engineering materials and industrial pigments.
- 1974
- Started to undertake the selling of rubber processing aids and became the pioneer of processing aids utilization in Taiwan rubber industry.
- 1977
- Established rubber study laboratory to provide the best formulation design and after-services to operators of rubber industry.
- 1978
- Established Sou Le Enterprise Inc by merged together of Sou Li and Sou Le. Purchased the office building at Guangfu South Road and established the headquarters in Taipei City. Obtained the qualification of import and export, set-up the Department of Import/Export and became the exclusively general agency of rubber processing aids in Asian-Pacific region.

- Established Kaohsiung office.
- 1982
- Established Overseas Sales Department with dedicated personnel to responsible for the development affairs of chemicals exportation.
- 1983
- Established MIS computer room. The management and operation started the era of information.
- 1988
- Changed the company name into: Sou Le Enterprise Co., Ltd.

- Purchased Taichung office building and the secondary Taipei office building as well as advanced into the area of Mainland China.
